Cancellation Policy

The Friends Edition – Terms & Conditions 1. Eligibility • This offer applies to two guests per booking. The price reflects one guest, with the second included. 2. Booking • Reservations must be made in advance via our website or contact channels. • Minimum of 2 guests per booking. Additional guests can be added at standard pricing. 3. Payment • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date. • We accept credit/debit card payments, PayPal, and other online methods via Wix. 4. Cancellations & Refunds • Cancellations made 72 hours before the event will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. 5. Guest Conduct & Liability • Guests are responsible for their own behavior and compliance with venue rules. • Fernando Event Designer is not liable for personal injury or loss of personal belongings during the event. 6. Inclusions & Modifications • The package includes charcuterie (Neal’s Yard Dairy cheeses, Cobble Lane Cured meats), drinks, setup, table styling, service, cleanup, and transport within London. • Optional add-ons (e.g., full venue cleaning, luxury décor) are available for an additional fee. 7. Privacy & Data • Guest information is used solely for booking and communication purposes. 8. Changes to Terms • Fernando Event Designer reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Current terms apply at the time of booking.
