Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions – Premium Charcuterie Catering Booking & Payment To secure your charcuterie event, full payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received in full. This ensures your date is reserved and all arrangements can be carefully prepared, including staff, transport, and fresh ingredients. Cancellations & Changes • Cancellations or date changes made 8 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund. • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, as staff and ingredients are already scheduled and purchased. • If we must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule for another date. Transport Delivery and service within London and Greater London are included. For events outside this area, transport can be arranged — please contact us to discuss your requirements. Packages & Customisation We offer flexible, all-inclusive packages to suit your event: • Charcuterie Only • Charcuterie + Drinks • Charcuterie + Drinks + Décor • Décor Only Each package includes professional staff, a designer table, and transport within London. For a more personalised experience or bespoke table styling, please contact us — we are happy to create a tailored package to perfectly suit your event. Dietary Requirements Please inform us of any dietary requirements, allergies, or preferences at least 5 days before the event so we can adapt the menu where possible. We cater for vegetarian, vegan, and pork-free options. Client Responsibilities The client is responsible for ensuring the event location is safe, suitable, and accessible for catering setup and service. Agreement By booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
